When you fill out a contact or quote request form, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Information about your excavator (model/size)
  • Any message you include

When you visit our website, we also automatically collect information via cookies — see section 6.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to your inquiry and preparing a quote (legal basis: performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Sending you relevant marketing, if you have given consent (legal basis: consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
  • Measuring and optimizing our marketing on Meta and Google (legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), or consent depending on cookie category)

4. Who we share data with

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Lead Ads) — data may be transferred to the US, safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — same transfer safeguards.
  • The Rocket Science Group LLC / Mailchimp (Intuit) — used for email marketing and follow-up.

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Retention period

We retain your contact and lead information for up to 2-3 years from your most recent inquiry, unless you request earlier deletion.
