Guidelines regarding complaints.
Dealers who have complaints about parts that are considered to be covered by warranty must return the current part(s) together with a complaint report filled in with factual data regarding the complaint.
Note: New parts sent in connection with complaints are invoiced. Parts are subsequently credited when complaint parts and a completed complaint report are returned (parts received) and the complaint has been processed, assessed and approved by CompactTilt.
