The Compacttilt Rotator™ CTR6 is developed to give mini excavators in the 3.5T to 6T class extended functionality through improved operating economy and a better working environment for the machine operator.
- Machine control – The CTR6, like all Compacttilt Tiltrotator products, is prepared for machine control.
- HS2 control system – The CTR6 can be specified with the large HS2 control system, where the new L8 SVAB joystick and touchscreen are installed in the cab, with the option of track steering, boom swing control and dozer blade control.
- Uniquely low weight – from 175 kg including mounting and valve block.
- Minimal width – from 360 mm without gripper.
- Gripper option – The gripper can be added and is available with S40, S45 and Hydrema mounting.
The CTR6 features a narrow design to ensure the machine is suited for work in complex conditions, in areas that are normally hard to reach and/or in narrow trenches. This means the CTR6 is built without cylinders and can work in 40 cm trenches – both with and without a gripper.
The CTR6 is also designed with a focus on being a lightweight product, so the excavator retains its full lifting capacity. The CTR6 has a product weight starting at 175 kg, depending on the options.
With the CTR6, the machine gains full rotation in the attachment with 360-degree rotation and a 2 x 50-degree tilt function. This means the machine optimises its tasks within grading, digging, levelling and earthmoving.
The CTR6 is prepared for central lubrication, where all lubrication points are routed to a single grease point.
Add CT-OIL™
The CTR6 can be specified with Compacttilt's solution for automatic oil changeover, CT-Oil. With CT-Oil, the machine can change attachments – for example a gripper – using the machine's joystick without manually switching the oil coupling. This means attachments can be changed without the operator having to leave the cab. CT-Oil stands out by being able to connect to the machine's existing controls and by working with all types of control systems, including HS4.
CT-LOCK™ included
The CTR6 is developed with CT-Lock, a double locking on the bucket coupler. It is a mechanical additional safety feature in accordance with the applicable Machinery Directive.
